CSD is responsible to connect with customers by answering the queries and supporting customer through direct call.
Key Skills/ Knowledge:
·Proficient in MS office
·Good communication skills
·High level of attention to detail
·Must have learning and problem solving attitude.
·One Maithili language preferred
·Inform agents/customers about new offers and campaigns.
·Handle inquiries of agents and customer support with excellence in problem-solving.
·Process and increase Domestic Remit Transactions
·Handle agent enrollment and relationship.
·DC Installation in agent’s computer.
·Call and pay for domestic and international transactions.
·Proper escalation of unsolved queries to their respective supervisors.
·Bachelor’s degree in Management
·At least 2 years of experience in the Remittance Industry
